B-10 Union
B-10 Union is a woodworking, metal fabrication, and custom finishing collective. They specialize in hardwood, steel furniture, and fixtures for both commercial and residential spaces and have created custom pieces for restaurants, offices, and more.
The Problem
Upon research, we identified B10’s former site hard to navigate, lacking in call-to-actions, and difficult to see the collective’s credibility and scope of work. These issues were most likely hindering their ability to receive new leads and show off their work.
My Role
I was asked by B10 Union to give creative direction and lead them through a site redesign.
The Solution
The goal was to create a clean site experience that offered a way for potential customers to connect through their site and create leads. So we simplified their site navigation, removed the clutter and distractions, created clear call-to-actions, put together a portfolio, and created a launch strategy.
